Tube cleaning equipments:
Superflex DCT 2900 : Descaling flexible shaft machine. It has a electric drive of 3hp or 5 hp or 7.5 hp, 2900 rpm. Electric motor with airbreak starter, CTS cable, mounted on a 3 wheel trolley. It is where the flexible shaft is attached and provides an electric drive for rotating the inner core of the flexible shaft.

Superflex heavy Duty flexible shaft :
It is attached to the descaling machine motor, and it is inserted in boiler tubes for removing scale. Is attached to superflex descaling machine. It comes in length upto 30 meters
(without joints) as per customer requirements. It comprises of a outer casing with inner friction lining, enclosing the rotating part i.e. inner core cable which is attached to the electric drive with the help of couplings (sockets). Our material is tested to sustain axial stresses. |
Spares for flexible shafts :
Outer casing :
Made from galvanized steel. It is double interlocked or round type.
It comes in outer dia of 22, 25, 32, 35 mm. It has an inner friction
lining made from a thick steel strip, duly inter wound in the outer
casing. It provides the necessary strength to the shaft. |

Inner core :
Steel wires wound made from high quality steel wires, having high tensile strength.It is duly hardened (tempered) to withstand stresses. It is available in diameters 10, 12, 15 or 19 mm.
Other spares include inner core sockets & outer casing sockets 2 each for tool end & motor end.

Hand piece :
To connect toolhead/brush to the shaft with 1/2/3 ball bearings.

SK3 Toolhead cutter :
Made from heat treated steel, it is attached to the hand piece as
a decaling tool. It is the tool to cut hard scales, Made of 3
cutters. Diameters 25 – 150 mm.

SK6 Tool head cutter
Made of 6 cutters.
SK12 Toolhead cutter
Made of 12 cutters
SK15 Tool head cutter :
Made from heat treated steel for cutting scales. It is attached to the hand piece as a decaling tool. It has 3 bevel & 12 strainght space cutters. Its other spares include 3 pins, 3 springs & 3 arms. It comes in diameters 40 – 50 mm.

steel wires locked in a M.S. socket.

Super kleen Single Spiral brush: used for cleaning boiler tubes.
Super kleen double spiral brush: it has more density of wires compared to a Single spiral brush. Made from spring steel, m.s, brass, nylon wires

Made from crimped steel wires. Also comes in brass, stainless steel wire (wire gauge from 25 to 35 SWG). Used for cleaning metal surfaces, castings. It can be mounted on a flexible shaft grinder or a bench grinder. |
